If you have commercial insurance and your plan covers Norditropin®, you may be eligible to pay as little as $0 per calendar year for your supply of Norditropin® (with an annual maximum cap of $1,500 per calendar year). Eligibility and restrictions apply.
Sometimes insurance coverage is delayed. If that happens to you, you may be eligible to receive a limited supply of free Norditropin® through the JumpStart™ program. You never have to repay NovoCare® for medication you receive through the program, even if your claim is eventually denied.
Interim product may also be an option if you are covered but risk or experience a gap in therapy because of moving, changing insurance providers, or other circumstances.
